Contact us within 30 days of delivery and send the item back unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We refund the full product price within 14 days of receiving your return. You pay return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong, we cover it.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@wiseesupports.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please wait for our reply before you send anything.
  3. Pack the item well. Put a note inside with your full name, your order number, and the reason for the return. Without it, we can't process your return.
  4. Ship the package and keep the receipt from the carrier.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we check it and email you to confirm that we received it and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

Refund not showing yet? Check your bank account again, then contact your card company or bank. It can take some time before a refund is posted. If you've done that and still don't see it, email us at info@wiseesupports.com.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong, email us at info@wiseesupports.com with your name, shipping address, email, order number, and a description of the problem. A photo helps. Please wait for our OK before sending anything back. Once we approve it, we pay return shipping and send you a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll set up an exchange if it's in stock. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Unclaimed packages

If a package isn't picked up and is sent back to us, we refund the order value minus $14.99 for return shipping and handling. See our shipping page for details.
