We want everyone to be able to shop at Strydex, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice, that means text descriptions on images, readable color contrast, and pages you can use with a keyboard alone. We check the site as we make changes.

Some parts of the store, like checkout and payment windows, come from Shopify and other providers. We don't control all of their code, but we'll report any problems we find.

Something hard to use?

If any part of the site is hard to use, email us at info@wiseesupports.com. Tell us which page you were on and what went wrong. We'll help you get the information or product you need and work on a fix. We usually reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
